Independent Contractor – Slumber Party Setup Assistant**

Location: Bristol CT 

Are you passionate about creating magical spaces? Do you have an eye for design and a talent for details? We’re looking for an **Independent Contractor** to help us transform ordinary rooms into extraordinary slumber party experiences!  

**Responsibilities:**  
- Design and set up themed slumber party experiences, including tents, bedding, decorations, and lighting, based on client specifications.  
- Ensure all setups meet company guidelines and exceed client expectations.  
- Maintain cleanliness and organization during setup and teardown.  
- Provide creative input to enhance the overall client experience.  
- Complete all setups by the agreed-upon deadlines.  

**Qualifications:**  
- Strong eye for design and detail.  
- Ability to manage time efficiently to meet client deadlines.  
- Excellent communication skills.  
- Experience in event design or interior design is a plus.  

**Position Details:**  
- **Independent Contractor Role (1099 required).**  
- Work is project-based, with events typically occurring Friday through Sunday.  
- Hours vary depending on the number of events, averaging **12–16 hours per weekend.**  
- **Pay:** $16–$25 per hour, based on experience and skill level.  
- All supplies and equipment necessary for the setups will be provided by the company.  
- Contractors must have reliable transportation to and from event locations. Most of our parties require an SUV like vehicle space to transport items.
